In exchange for a higher wage, MyAgency team members must work at all communities in either our Northern or Southern Network.
Northern Network

Southern Network
- Oakmont, PA (Westminster Place, The Willows, and Woodside Place of Oakmont)
- Verona, PA (Longwood at Oakmont)
- Washington, PA (Southminster Place, Southmont, and Woodside Place of Washington)
What are the schedule requirements for MyAgency team members?
You can work on an as-needed basis. You will be expected to be available to work at least one shift per month.
Each four-week schedule period, MyAgency Team Members will sign up for either Gold, Silver or Bronze schedule requirements on the “Pick-up Day” for each period.
MyAgency Gold Requirements
- Per 4 week schedule must schedule and work full-time hours (minimum of 36 hours) each week of the schedule period
- Minimum of 2 weekend shifts per 4 week schedule
MyAgency Silver Requirements
- Per 4 week schedule must schedule and work a minimum of 24 hours per week for each week of the schedule period
- 1 weekend shift per schedule
MyAgency Bronze Requirements
- Per 4 week schedule must schedule and work one (1) shift for the schedule period
- No weekend requirement
*There is no holiday scheduling requirement, but if you choose to work a holiday, we pay you double-time for work on the actual holiday
When is the “Pick-up Day” for each schedule period and how does it work?
MyAgency team members will be able to “self-schedule” from available shifts using the Smart Force Scheduling Application.
MyAgency will have a “pick-up day” – the day the schedule is opened up for MyAgency persons to schedule themselves into open shifts they want.
This will happen after PSCN full time/part time/casual team members have signed up for any available shifts they want to work.
After the review and approval process the MyAgency Person schedule will be confirmed.
What benefits are MyAgency Team Members eligible for?
Casual MyAgency team members generally are not benefit eligible.
MyAgency team members will be offered only those benefits that are required by law, provided they work enough hours to be eligible.
For example, MyAgency team members who consistently schedule and work part-time or full-time hours may qualify for health insurance as outlined by the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and/or the Allegheny Paid Sick Leave Act.
MyAgency team members are eligible for other statutory benefits such as Worker’s Compensation. More information about the available benefits and the team member contribution requirements is available from HR.
